clean hood liner?

Hey guys, just wondering what the best way to clean the hood liner is? Mine could definitely use it. Thanks!

I'll be honest, before the last car show I took part in, I went ahead and removed it, took my pressure washer and rinsed it. Then I hit it with Zep Citrus at 1:1. Rinsed again. Let it dry overnight. And then I rattle canned it with flat black Rustoleum High Heat Enamel that I had laying around

. hahahahhaa. It looked brand new.

I didn't take any specific before and after's but this is about the best I can do.

You can notice it's just darker in color in these pictures pretty much. It made a huge difference though.

Hmmm, I might try that. Mine is an eye sore on my otherwise clean engine bay.

Just make sure when painting to get good, even coverage because it will tiger stripe pretty easily.

Dude my hood looks freaking gross underneath without it. It's clean as hell because of who I am, hahahaha, but it's just not an even finish.

^^PS This is how I detail for car shows. hahahhaa. I practically disassemble portions of the car and take everything to almost perfection. Car show prep takes me like 2 weeks. Oops.
