Body shop estimate good deal???

Alright guys having my front bumper redone before the spring and getting quotes for it. This entails removing front bumper and reinstalling it when finished, fixing 4 holes license plate holes, refinishing whole bumper (rock chips, bugs dried on etc) got a body shop that does good work that I want to do and they did $350. I've seen their work and it's very good. I think that's a good deal for all that what is your guys opinion on that price? Was going to have a guy do it for$250 but he works out of his house or dealer garage and dirt gets under paint cause no paint booth so $350 isn't bad right?

$350 sounds reasonable.

Just make sure you take it out into the sun after it's installed and see if it's the right color. Lights can hide imperfections and color difference; the sun won't.

You're leaving the car with them (since they are removing/installing the bumper) so they can match the paint, right? Red cars are difficult especially since it seems to me like bumpers tend to fade differently than metal body parts in the sun.

Correct car stays there and it's also laser red tri coat which worries me. Mine isn't faded at all to me so should be that hard to match I wouldn't think right?

Thats not bad at all man let us know how it comes out and remember to clay your ride after you get it back because it most likely will have some form of overspray on it.

You will be surprised what body shops can do even if the parts are being removed and sprayed man. Even the dealerships have gotten over spray on vehicle not sure how but they do it.
