It depends on the paint though. I've done enough cars to know how the paint should be so I know most of the time just based off the model of the car if I should start with wool or not. If I don't I try to stick with Orange. I've heard good things about the Surbuf pads, but I've never used one so I can't vouch for em.
The only thing of any quality I can find tomorrow would be Adams Fine Machine Polish. I wanted to take care of this over the next 3 days. Would I be better off just applying a sealant for now and waiting for what you guys listed to come in? I am just not sure when I could devote several days again for a while.

If you have the time, the Adams Fine Machine Polish isn't going to hurt anything. Worst case scenario you're just going to get more practice behind the buffer which will make things quicker and easier next time. Since you have the time do a pass or two, see how it looks and when you get sick of that slap some sealant on and roll like that. You really have nothing to lose, so why not?
