Ok, that's what I had seen you post earlier Weems but wasn't sure cuz grandmaster Emay hadn't said it and he isn't on to reply to PM's!! I'll post before and afters shortly I'm getting a whole bunch of general matience done today and finally getting the clutch adjuster in.

Engine cleaning magic
Damn that was easy, by the time the burger and dogs were cook I had a few beer in the belly and the engine looked like it came off the lot.
I might start an engine bay cleaning business Thanks for the tip. T.

 I forgot to post it here I had made a thread in the pics section, came out alright, I believe I should have had it a little warmer, I waited too long while it was cooling, and I could have put some more elbow grease in on the lower parts, I was trying to get some other things done and was running out of sunlight. I also had to go over the black plastics with amorall after, the foam left them kind of spotted. I'm happy with the results, the car will be 10 years old in November.

Just don't get too close to it - you'll shred it. Let it dry with the hood up too....I pulled mine in the garage and pointed a fan at it so it would dry faster.

I just did this yesterday... and wow... I was really surprised, it's a night and day difference
I was expecting it to clean it up a little bit, but wow, it looks new! I love that f21 tire foam stuff... really made a HUGE difference on the black plastic parts thanks for the write up Emay... I'm doing this to all my cars now

Just used this method for my 6, the engine bay was pretty clean to begin with, but this helped bring back the color and shined up the plastic parts. Great advice
