this is what i use to get rid of swirl marks:

Wizards Products:
Shine Master™ Polish & Sealant

Wizards is pretty much all i use for buffing, polishing, metal polishing, pretty much everything. Wizards has never let me down and makes for buffing cars much easier.

No problem bud

If you cant get them out by hand, then you'll need to go after it with a buffer and a black foam pad

Wizards Products:
Foam Finish Gray Pad

But if they are really bad swirl marks then i would step down to a white foam pad

Shop 3M: 3M Perfect-it Hookit Foam Polishing Pad 05727, Waffle Face, 5 1/4 in

Just dont use a buffer with a wool or synthetic pad because you will just put more swirl marks back in it. The foam pads were desinged to get rid of the swirl marks caused by wool or synthetic pads.

I also like the 3m black foam waffle pad, but i preffer the wizards pads. Espcially the wizards synthetic wool pad for buffing.

Shop 3M: 3M Perfect-it Hookit Foam Polishing Pad 05727, Waffle Face, 5 1/4 in
