Ed's Turbo Mach1

Went to the Dyno on Thursday to do some shakedown pulls on My Brothers Turbo Mach, 1st Pull @ 15 psi's 658.64 rwhp ~ 557.74 tq, We tried to turn up the boost but we maxed out the wastegate spring and manual boost controller.
On the 2nd pull we added a bit of fuel at tip in which gave us a better spool up response and we made 674 rwhp ~ 601 tq.
I need to install the e boost 2 controller , change the rear end gear to a 3:55 and go see my Buddy Willie Figueroa to re-tune and turn the boost up .
I think we can make 800 @ 20 to 22 psi's .
Will post up further results and we are also trying to get this car ready for Bradenton in March.

Pete

Hey Chris that was an Old video , since then I had to have the motor re-built b/c the timing chain bracket broke wiping out the intake valves. We just put it back together and now its making some serious power.
Im going to change the gearing in the car for Ed , and turn up the boost to 20 psi's should make close to 800 . I may just go to the track on Wednsday just to see how it runs. Not expecting a great ET because its on staock axles and I dont want to break anything and we may also run out of gear before the end of the track but I want to see what the MPH will be at the 1/8th.

What kind of fuel are you running for the 15# runs? Stock displacement?

Sounds like a real killer setup.

Built Motor obviously. Nav Heads ported , Custom cams , 8.5.1 CR . Fuel system from Lethal Performance . Fore Billit Hat with dual gt pumps, upgraded Module , KB Boost a Pump , 60lbs injectors, Fore Fuel rails.

Cant wait to change the gear , and turn the boost up to 20 psi's

You're going to enjoy the eboost2, great device, I still need to look into all its little bells & whistles for mine. That's some nice power too, what boost are you going to try and run once you get the controller?
