Performance chip


any recomendations I dont have a lot of money to spend on the car so I am looking for cost effective items what do you guys think of this?

eBay Motors: 1997 97 Ford Mustang V8 OBD Performance Flasher/Chip (item 220351532104 end time Feb-25-09 15:27:21 PST)
Kinda wondering if it would work?

These guys claim to have performance chips available for cars that weren't fuel injected, and even cars that don't exist at all. See what happens when you try to buy a performance chip for something completely off the wall like a 2004 Dodge Dart, a 5 cylinder 1973 Mustang, or other impossibility. It'll become painfully obvious they've never tuned the cars they claim to have chips for.

The other one looks more like a real tuning device, but the dyno graph is a fake. Take a look at their other auctions - they're using the same "dyno graph" for all of the cars they've claimed to have tuned. And if they did tune all these it would have taken a legitimate company at least five years to develop all those applications.

I went with the SCT Livewire tuner... Couldnt be happier..
