The link in your second post will work for attaching to the fuel rail. If you buy a fpss it should come with that already.
Same with the pressure gauge. Most kits have everything you need to mount it too the bottle and it is explained in the install book.

Okay, doesn't look like it did come with that fitting for the fpss but i will check again, and i bought the kit used so the guage was just in the box with all the other stuff.

The guage is easy. It goes between where the bottle hooks up to the nitrous line. You will want to use a Teflon paste sealent !!!NOT TEFLON TAPE!!! on anything that will not be removed, like the pressure gauge.
DO NOT use any sealent an ANY of the AN fittings or anything that will be removed, like the lines themselves. I'm not sure about the MSD switch, because I've never had any experiance with them, but I think you do need an adapter.

It goes fuel rail ---->fpss adapter ---->than the fuel line from your nitrous kit that goes to your plate or nozel or whatever you have.

I hope this works, but this is the HSW guide for installing their fpss. I don't know what you have but it gives you an idea for a starting point on whatever system you do have. Just click on the big PDF icon in the middle.

Not really, and I screwed up. The link you posted in post #2 is a fpss adapter for LS1 cars. I don't believe it will mount up directly to your car.
You need an adaptor for whatever year Mustang you have. I'm not sure what that chrome fitting you posted is for, but I noticed that the site you are on does have fittings for all late model Mustangs. That is what you are going to want. What year Mustang is this kit going on?
