Sct3 Tuner Not Working-helpp!


wont upload tunes, error messages, cannot install hardware drive, for the device, wont connect, brand new A WEEK OLD from american muscle, part # 3015 wont upload anything or install any software updates, it just keeps saying


UPDATING FIRMWARE -Make sure you return your vehicle back to stock before updating the firmware

LIVE LOAD TUNES- FAILED TO READ DATA

thats what it says when i click some options on the SCTx# Livewire Software Update/Firmware update screen, i even brought it to 2fast2real shop insane motorsportz, no one knows what to do, helppp!

Sounds like a driver problem with the device interfacing with your USB controller on your computer. That you would actually have to call SCT directly to troubleshoot, as they design the user end software and would be able to determine the problem.

But my question would be, why are you trying to connect it to your computer if it is brand new. It comes 100% up to date and ready to go from us, so you just plug it into your car, and load up the tune. Is the device not interfacing with your car either? If that is the case, I would shoot an email over to Dan at sct@americanmuscle.com to see if he can help you out, or determine if it is defective and in need of an RMA replacement.
