Will i lose some boost psi with new intake?
I'm in the middle of a bullitt intake swap on my '02. Right now with a 3.2 pulley i make about 9psi. Think the new intake will open up some restriction and drop the max psi a bit? I'm wondering if i should go to a 3.1 pulley to offset it or if that will make too much power for the stock internals. (i'm making 400/405 hp/tq to the wheels currently)

Stock internals can still go at 400 hp. It is all up to what you want. You will probably lose a little psi, but you will probably still gain some power. I would just retune and call it a day since you are worried about the internals
