Engine IS not turning over !!! HELPPP

My car got flooded half way to the engine, it does not turn on anymore, I tried to crank but it only clicks without starting or it’s not even turning the engine, I changed oil and it had some water to it, I took out the spark plugs out and it also had water on them, my starter is fine but my only problem now is the engine is not turning at all NOT even by hand "maybe I am doing it wrong" Does anyone have any idea what should I do???

If there is water in the oil I would say you need to open her up for a start and dry her out what Ford model do you have. and age will help

may be seized up? How long has it been sitting?
