what kit for lowering

I want to lower my 03 GT for looks mainly. I have 18" Rims and 3" of clearance between fender and tire. I think that 1.5 inches would be perfect for the aggressive looking stance that I like. Any thoughts on the Eibach Pro Kit for about $250 because money is an object! Other than an alignment, what will I NEED for this? Thank in advance! i attached a pic of the stance that i'm looking for.

That is a super clean mustang! I love the stance! What size rims are those? and what size tires? How much did the lowering cost you total? Do you think I would be OK with just the springs and an alignment?

Again, Awesome looking mustang!

thanks for the comment. some ppl get away without the C/C plates and others dont. go ahead and get a set of plates. you dont need the 4 bolt plates like i got if you dont plan on running coilovers in the future. i did the drop myself so all i paid for was the springs(cant remember what i paid for them)

the fronts are 17x9 with a 275-40-17
rear are 17x10.5 with a 315=35=17

I put DROPZONE springs on my car to lower it 2 inches and i think it looks great! i'm gonna post some pictures of it today or tomorrow. They are only about $130 and have the same ride quality as if you put the eibachs($250) on. The only draw back to them is that if you put some wieght in ur car there is a lot of bounce to the car.

Hey matrixpuba...your car is VERY nice! From your picture, it looks like your rims are set wider than the factory stance...are your rims a different offset than factory or is it just that they're wider in general?

I'm soon to be purchasing wheels and tires for my 03' GT and wanted my rims to be closer to flush with the fender than factory.
