Electric Supercharger

Anyone know anything about electric superchargers, i only heard of them recently and was considering one. Such as: Electric Super Charger 2.5 PSI [20-50HP]
Please let me know what you think.

I know a guy who got one of those for his car. He said it wasn't much, but was enough to notice on his camaro. I don't think its worth it, not at 400 bucks. Even for free, if anyone saw it on your car you would have earned everything bad they say.

We were horsing around once in our shop and put a very large leaf blower (I think it had something like a 5 hp motor - a 12 volt electric version would need a bigger motor than your starter, with heavier cables) on a V8 and did a dyno pull. Much to our surprise, it actually made enough more hp to measure. However, this leaf blower was way larger than that fan thing. That fan hardly looks like it could make 2 psi at zero airflow, and would almost certainly start costing you power at high RPM.

I had a buddie get one for free and put it on his 4.6 Powered Crown Vic Went 17.5 with it and Low 16s without LMAO...
