Air intake
If I can't afford a cold air intak at the moment, can't I just buy a performance filter and housing, add the rest later ? And if so, do I still need to tune it ? I got a 2007 Mustang GT. Thank you for your responses. Oh, any suggestions what to buy ?

Should I use the same housing ? Can/ should I take the "lid" off the stock air filter housing ? THX.
