Getting the Information System

I bought a 2008 mustang about 2 weeks ago. Im wanting to change the color of the standard green gauge to something different, and through research, im finding different options such as soldering new LEDs on. My car does not have the info system in it, which it what commands a feature called "mycolor" I believe. There are three empty spaces for button on the left side of the mid panel where the cd changer is, is it possible to have a ford dealership install an info system? How much would it cost? Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thanks everyone!

it doesnt come stock on yours? hmm, i have it on my 05

I bought the car used, 25k miles, it has EVERYTHING but the info system. shaker 1000 custom rims, hood scoop, flowmaster dual exhuast and cold air intake. Any suggestions?
