Turbo or Supercharger?

I'm thinking of adding a turbo or supercharger to my mustang. I might be leaning a little more to a turbo now because it's "free hp", it doesn't take hp to make hp unlike a supercharger. Although I don't like the thought of having a turbo lag. If I do go supercharger I'm thinking KB. I know both have there pros and cons, but which would be the best for around a 450-500 hp street car that would be a daily driver at least for a while?

I saw that post. I'm not wanting to blow the motor or anything because it'll be a daily driver, that was about the only thing I was needing to know that would be any different than his post. I don't want to just make a sh**load of power, I want decent gas mileage and not too many problems if possible.

94 cobra, please change your attitude.

at those power levels on a stock motor, its going to blow up. its not gonna work for long. i say do the turbo if you can afford it. if not go with the s/c as its cheaper and can still make decent power
