Kenne Bell Questions

Ok, just got off the phone with a rep from Kenne Bell. I'm still not happy with the answers I was given. Not so much the answer but how it was given. Hope you guys can help.

:::What I'm working with:

2004 Mach1- Iron Block - Forged Internals- It's a 4.6L Stroker

BBK 65mm Throttle Body

SCT Livewire Tuner.

::::What I'm Looking for:

450rwhp (With room to expand 600rwhp)

::::What I'm looking at:
(A) TS1000-MACH-INT KIT 140 (6799.00) 9 PSI KIT W/AC (MACH 1) INTERCOOLED INCLUDES BOOST-A-PUMP, CHIP, 42LB INJECTORS, COOL AIR KIT, 90MM METER, 2.1L

(B) TB1000-MACH+ KIT 140 (6399.00) 16-20 PSI KIT W/AC (MACH 1) INTERCOOLED INCLUDES BOOST-A-PUMP, 2.1L
(Recommend '03 Cobra style rods & pistons. 8 rib system required for 650-700+HP. Use 60lb injectors and Big Oval Throttle Body)

:::Questions:
1.)Will My TB Work?
2.)I don't need Chip with SCT Tuner, Correct?(As long as I get dyno tune duh!)
3.) How many "core" is Intercooler?
4.) In addition to TB, Injectors, and Chip/Tune, anything else required for kit (B)

I think thats all. Thanks for Info/Input.

If you want room to expand to 600hp you will need a bunch of other stuff. You will be better off buying a tuner kit and getting all the other stuff someplace else.
The 42s will not cut it.
The BAP is a 20A and will not work with dual pumps (like you will need along with a 40A bap). The maf will peg. You don't need the chip if you have a LW and are getting a dyno tune. I'd go with a 2.6H or the 2.8H mammoth.

The Injectors I'm looking at are 60lbs.

"Reloaded" Showed me these:

Siemens Deka 63lb/hr USCAR Injectors (Set of 8) (Flow Matched) [LU107FM-8] - $399.00 : Performance Parts - Ford Mustang - Cobra - Dodge Viper - Chevy Corvette - C6 - LS1

Then I found these:

Ford and Mustang Performance Parts, Accessories and Service : 60lb Fuel Injectors Sieman Deka

As for the 2.6 and 2.8 Mammoth. Didn't even know it was a possibility.
