Need Suspension help

I'm Looking for a full suspension for my 89 hatch. primarily for drag, but still streetable, not to concerned with the ride, just want it to hook. Thinking about UPR Pro-Series rear and UPR K-Member Kit. This seems to be pretty good for the price. Any help would be appreciated. Not sure of what spring rates or shocks to choose. Thanx

I'd go w/ that UPR kit, plus sub-frame connectors, and then Ford Racing sells a drag spring kit, that's what I want to do, but the funds are limiting, lol

I've already got subframe connectors. I like the car. had a 90 model that looked exactly like it, not quite as clean though. Interior was pretty crapppy. Traded it for a boat, biggest mistake i ever made. Traded the boat for the one I got now.
