Want to do a turbo build need some info

Hey guys, I am getting ready to get rid of my drag truck for something a little more wild. I want to build a streetable turbo/twin turbo 10.5 car. I want it to be a 99-01 cobra body, and well the end goal is to push over 1000rwhp. I have the transmission covered. So my question is, what block should I go with? Should I go with twins or single? What heads? Crank and pistons?

I'm not much of a FI guy as of yet, still learning that end of it. I am budgeting $10-15,000 for the motor build alone, so I want to make sure that will hold out for what I want to do. I'm open to suggestions.

What engine are you gone with a Mod motor or a push rod engine? its doable with either. as far as twins or a single whats the rule book say for the class you want to run? A lot of the heads up class around here don't allow twins and even some of the singles are size limited
