new to mustangs ? on power adders

i got a guy who is in IRAQ and he has a 08 mustang GT auto southern comfort edition.. he is wanting some stuff done to it and i am wanting to kno from your guy's experience on what parts you like/dont like.. he is wanting an Intake, Headers and a chip.. i know that there are all kinds of brands out there and am wondering what some good quality or the best ones are. Obviously i dont wanna buy the cheapest chip out there. any info would be greatly appreciated. He is coming home in late jan and he wants his car done before he gets home. Also he bent one of his rear lower control arms and wants that fixed but i suggested some aftermarket ones. Anyone have any ideas? i was looking at BMR tubular control arms because it uses factory mounting locations.

im pretty new to the mustnag scene myself but ive heard bbk and k&n make a good intake.. and SCT makes a nice tuner.. and once again bbk makes some nice headers
