soo i cant decide which one i want, i have a poll up of what you guys think is the best out of both of them..also which one put out more hp? which one sounds louder?

I have a Vortech V-3 its quiet but the blowoff valve is louder than the S/C....i have had a powerdyne and like it i have had procharcer and like it
