hpipe and flows


hey guys im getting hpipe this friday..its off road machpipe...i already have flowmasters 40 series...do yal think it will sound pretty good????

This question has been asked a 1,000,000 times. They are all going to say yes and tell you what you should have gotten or what they would do differently. Flows sound better with a H pipe than they do with a X. It gives it a deeper tone and adds a growl to the exhaust.

chambered muffler needs a h or prochamber
straight through muffler needs a x pipe

ok i ordered my h pipe but it is offroad...will my check emgine light come on cuz there are no cats or what???my dad has7000 dollar snap on computer and it erases codes..

Yes the check engine light will come on eventually. You either need mil eliminators, a tuner (which you'll probably need down the road) or maybe your father snap-on will work. I don't know if that can't turn off your o2 sensor though. If it just clears the code it will just turn back on until it is fixed.

yeah i figured that well i saw those mil eliminators and there 70.00 bucks..but then i saw these other little things that are like 12.oo bucks here take a look and tell me you think these will work??...

I've never heard of those kind before. If you do a search on here or google, I've heard more than one person on here say you can make you own mil eliminators at home, althoughI don't know how. Maybe there are dirctions on this site or another. If you plan to continue to mod your car I wouldn't waste the money on that. I'd just get a tuner. It will help wake up your car with whatever mods you have now and it will become more effective the more you mod. I got mine on ebay used for $218 shipped. Just my $.02.
