Adjustable Exhaust Through Butterfly Valvues????

Ok so brace yourself for some pretty sad stuff. The country I'm in right now doesn't give a rat's ass about emissions and whatnot, but it is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to have anything remotely related to loud exhausts. Violators would have their cars pounded. Anywhat, I've recently purchased a 1992 LX 5.0, a real beaut.
It came with the works, along with a 40 Flowmaster that just roars erotica. As you might have guessed i was forced to remove it after being pulled over several times for excessive exhaust noise. I had to silence my baby with a bunch of gay-ass stock mufflers that weren't even OEM.
So I've recently read this thing online about variable exhaust systems?? They use butterfly valves controlled from the cabin to adjust the exhaust sound from higher to lower in accordance to the driver's preference. Where can I find these? If they're sold seperatly can I install them on my Flowmaster?? If not, what are the good systems out there compatible with a 5.0 ?
