2 post lift postion points question for an 06

I've seen the diagrams of the jack points on this vehicle. Once again, This is the first Ford I have ever owned. My cars consisted of Monte Carlos and Camaros. When using a 2 post jack I used to use the lip under the rocker panel to put the arms on ( chevy cars that I owned were all metal). My mustang has plastic now under that lip and I would end up cracking it. Where is a good place to put the forks so it won't roll off on my head or cause damage.

P.S. the jack diagram is good if I was jacking one point. I looked under the car in the garage and saw very little promising sposts to even the weight out. I need to find an even balance to lift the car up. This is the hard part of the job (seriously). Brakes, sparkplugs and fuel filter are easy, figuring out what won't damage the car and me are the hard part....
