HELP on a strange running problem
Hi All,
I bought my daughter a 2004 Mustang with a 3.9 V-6 engine. The car has only 22,500 miles on it and is in excellent condition. The problem is that when driving, once in a while, she says it feels like the motor is running on 3 cylinders and has no power. I took it to the shop and they could not pin point it. She said it happened again a few days later. I get several thoughts from folks about it but the garage I go to couldn't pinpoint it from the computer mesage. I would like any feedback from anyone who has had a similar problem. Oh, could a catalytic converter cause such an intermittent problem?? Thanks in advance! |
