99 cobra wheels and tires
my question is i got a pair of sweet 19 inch by 7.5 rims from a friend that i want to put on my car but im also going to put a eibach pro kit to lower it and was wondering what tire sizes to get im so confused. i want a wider tire in back . please help. thanks joe:

Are You sure of the size of the width because your not going to be able to get a very wide tire on that size of wheel.

![]() The proper tire for that rim is a 245/45/17. But of you want a little wider look you can put a 275/40/17 tire, but the tire will stretch out some. IMO a 275 tire looks a little better then the 245 out back. I would not recommend getting a 275 up front, just the back. |

Its not about the wheel being 7.5 inches wide that will kill the look, its the offset that really makes a difference.... If the offset is anything above 25 or 30 they are going to stick WAY under the car, if you were running a 20 or 25 offset the wheel would atleast be flush with the fender.
