Supercharging

If I supercharged my 2003 V6 what is the most PSI I could run the supercharger on my stock engine?

I wouldn't go over 7.

7 is real safe but on a v6 stang your good up unitll 12-14 if you really wanted to but id stay from 7-9 psi but 14 wont be lethal but get the forged internals for 1500, or in my advice spend the money for a supercharger and internals and get all bolt ons and do straight motor work then no one can say its because a supercharger my freind has a 350 horse 240SX or ZX dont remeber naturally aspirated and he gets alot more respect no oen can say its just because of the turbo

People who say they lost because of a supercharger or a turbo are just saying something because they did lose. Power is power in my mind no matter how it is made. Also if it's a 240 its a sx.

Yeah I hate the whole I would win if he didn't have a s/c well then don't race a guy with a s/c cause your probably gonna lose lol. Gotta love excuses.

nobody makes a 1psi supercharger... 1psi would be a 6-7% power increase. It takes more power than thata to turn the supercharger..

You're talkin an additional 15hp with 1psi, if that much. I just dont think that's possible.

i think ur boost gauge is messed up if u have that s/c with only 1 psi..
