Are Michelin Harmony the best luxury tires for 03 Town Car?
I am looking for the best luxury tires that will give me good rain performance at 75mph and also decent snow performance while maintaining a smooth ride on my 03 Lincoln Town Car. Currently have good year assurance and am not impressed.

Well, I'm not sure what makes a tire a "luxury" tire... guessing low road noise... but for rain performance at 75mph and decent snow performance, you're definitely looking at the "Ultra High Performance Allseason" class of tires.
Looking at the Harmony, the immediate thing that turns me off is that it's an 80k mile tire. That means it's a HARD rubber compound, and that usually translates to less grip and more noise, neither of which you want.
