how: becasue it weighs about 15 pounds lighter than the factory driveshaft and anytime you reduce rotating mass, it frees up more power to get to the ground

You are not gonna feel anything.. Its like when you were a kid and you get a new pair of sneakers and you swear that you can jump higher run faster... Like they said there is a performance to be had but its minimal..

Because its 10x if not more stronger than stock. The U-joints are stronger and there is less rotating mass that is less strain on your drivetrain.. if you have hardly and mods or mild mods dont bother but if your car is makin 300+ hp get it...

You most likely won't notice anything but like Stangzilla said, it is stronger. It is also about 5lbs less rotating weight. Every little bit helps.

Less rotating mass+ the advantage of harmonics, which is something few notice but the difference is there, for the same reason people have the stock D/S's balanced. Plus you get the ability for the shaft to flex to a small degree with the flex of the vehicle which is something you do not get from steel quite as well. My $.02 on the dead horse.
