How much spray can a stock '88 GT handle reliably?

Subject says it all. How big of a shot can a stock '88 GT with very low mileage reliably handle?

125 will be ok, in all honesty I've seen people run a 200 shot and not have any problems. Ultimately, you want to keep the horsepower under 500 as neither the rods or block are any good after that. A 200 shot would require a really safe tune, best if done on a dyno with a/f readings. A 125 shot is pretty much a hook up and go.

I put a 250 shot to a stock lower end. Ran for a long time and on a weekend I probably put 3 15lb bottles threw it. I don't suggest it though cause I think it was one of those engines that just wanted to show off....LOL

I've run 150hp thru an NOS 05115-ii dry kit on several engines with no problems.
