Top Alignment?
I know this is a pretty low traffic area but, whatevs
![]() I recently swapped the top on my fox; everything but the hydraulics. Worked great for a while, then the rear window shattered (I hear this just happens for us fox guys... guy up the street has had his explode 3 times). I pulled the rear window and ran it like that for a couple weeks before I was able to get one off one of my parts cars. Now, with the new rear window in, the frame seems out of alignment, and I can't seem to get it right. Everytime I want to put the top up, I have to fight it in place to get it latched. I tried loosening the bolts that hold the frame in place (with the top latched) and driving it around to see if it would settle in a better position, but that didn't work. Any hints on how to get this thing to actually shut correctly? I'm getting close to the point where I just yank the whole softtop and make a removable hardtop for it.
