Replacing convertible top

now, i'm not a know it all by any means. but i'm definitely mechanically inclined. can any one tell me how difficult it is to replace a convertible top? i'm looking at the top kit from Latemodel Restoration Supply. it has the top, rear glass, pads and well liner. is this a job that an experienced car guy could handle? TIA for the help!
