Adding Traction Control to a 1999 coupe

I was wondering if anyone knows if you can add traction control to a 1999 coupe that has ABS and if so what would be involved?

If you are talking about the electronic traction control, then you can't add it and it sucks anyway so there is no point. The only purpose is to keep the car from going sideways if you are driving like an idiot. It won't help with the launch like a good launch control traction system. If you are talking about a limited slip, then you may have one already, but i think some v6s didn't have them.

I wanted to add it in case my wife or daughter needed to drive it. Otherwise I would turn it off when I was driving.

I'm guessing that it would cost over $1000 to get it done. Maybe more. It would need a ecu swap to a newer ecu and then it may need custom tuning to work properly. There would probably be some wiring too. It might be easier to teach your family how to control the rear end at some place where they could spin out and not crash.
