Need help on rubber molding

I have a 02 convertible and I'm having trouble with a piece of molding. When you open the door there is a small piece of rubber in the "door jam" area, just under the quarter window. Its held in with two of those push-in plastic rivet dealies.

When I lowered my quarter window it caught on that rubber thing and popped those rivets out causing them to become stripped and no longer hold the rubber piece in correctly. Whenever I open or close the quarter window it will push them out partially.

I tried fixing them but they are stripped beyond repair and I've tried using other push in rivets but the problem is they are too large since it is right in the area where the door closes.

I don't know where I can find the specific plastic rivets for those at. I don't know the part number or anything and I've been completely unable to find them.

Does anybody know where to find those specific pop in rivets or possibly how to fix the current ones?
