a rear wheel dirve car is good for drifting. so is a cheap set or rear tires i suppose.

well i want still alot power but matches with a good system.... like i said dnt want to be flying the road and do a turn and flip over....

going anywhere near any speed limit you wont flip or spin because physicists and technicians design road embankments at angles and radii for safe driving even at nearly double any posted speed limit.

now if you want a setup that would keep all four tires planted through a possible spin or impact, a drop with better shocks and struts will get your car lower to the ground (center of gravity lower to ground) but ride quality will be greatly sacrificed with a very low drop. some wider tires front and rear will give you more traction at all four corners as well. you may also want to check into control arms or sway bars as well
