Problems changing air filter 09 Mustang.

Ok I know this has to be the most simple thing to have issues on. I've been following instructions from alll over the web to changing the air filter in my stang on the passengers side.

I unscrew the two screws and pulled out the two latches. My problem is the cover wont lift up after. I looked around for any other screws but I dont see anything. And I dont want to force it too much and then have something snap.

Am I to remove or move the wipers? I dont see what's stopping it from lifting.
