'96 V6 swap for 2003 V8

Hello, I have an idea I want to bounce off anyone who will answer. I have a '96 mustang with a 3.8l v6. The 6 blew a head gasket and the head bolts are seized. I have a chance to get a hold of a 2003 4.6l v8 with all accessories, computer, harnesses, 5 speed trany with clutch, pedals master and slave cylinder. I know I will also need to replace the radiator, rear end and get a new exhaust system. What I need help with is will the stock motor mounts from the 03 v8 work or do I need the ones for the '96?
the car is now an automatic will the clutch pedal assembly bolt into the car(I know I will need a new console). Will all of my stock gauges work with the '03 computer and harness. Do I need to put a k-brace under the hood?
enough bablbing for now I am still in the planning stages and I am a Chevy guy by nature but I love my Stang and wanto learn more. Any advice, tips, or comments would be welcome and appreciated.

You will need a different K-member from a 96-98 GT! And you might beable to get the gauges to work but I have no clue and for the clutch assembly it should just bolt right in! Also the K-brace is not needed and many of the 99+ dont have them!

I just found out the motor is from a 2000 gt not an 03. Is the radiator for a 3.8 and a 4.6 the same. how about the drive shaft , is it the same? Thanks for your input.
