1999 redo
I am looking to redo a 1999 6cyl. convertible. Convert to V8 with man. trans, new leather interior, body work and paint, new top. Does anybody know of a shop that can perform or coordinate these mods within 300mi of Wash. DC? East Coast?

No can do. The car has sentimental value to the owner even if all that is left afterwards is the body and wheels.
