i have the prokit, tokico 5 ways, steeda upper and lower control arms and it rides like stock. set them near 5 and its a little stiff. i run the rear on 3 and the front on 1 so the nose can lift.

Speaking from experience, I installed Eibach Pro kit springs and left the stock shocks and struts. My mistake. You NEED to replace the stock shocks and struts with "Adjustable Damping" shocks and struts. Most popular is Tokico D-Specs because they adjust from firm for corner carving or extreme speed damping to soft ride for daily driving. You will also need an adjustable Panhard bar to replace the stock one.

I went with the D-Specs and that cured the "out of control" bouncing at speed. The stock shocks can't dampen the ride once the car is lowered. The 1 to 1.5 inches of compression from the shorter springs leaves almost no absorbsion for the suspension to smooth out the ride. Spend the money. Once you swap them out, your Stang will handle like a sports car.....a sports car with muscle
