RPMS taking forever to come back down after SCT tune?

Got my tuner today. 91 octane performance tune and when I hit the throttle the rpms take forever to come back down to idle. its alot worse when Im driving. Its alot like when a PCV valve isnt working. Also when Im off the throttle and let it die down it jerks after a few seconds. I called American Muscle and they sent me a new tune but it still does it. I looked at my 02 sensor put outs and everything looks almost perfect when driving so idk what it is.

Reload the factory tune and see what happens.
