Line Lock

i have a 1965 mustang.. and the origonal parking brake doesnt work, im sure its not a big deal, but i havent looked into it... i want a line lock and im wondering, whats the cheapest but good one? i would like to kill two birds with one stone, could i use the linelock as my parking brake? or when i kill the car will it lose pressure and release? or if i wire it directly to the battery how much power could it possibly pull, and would it kill my battery?
