Budget build

Hi my name is Anthony and I'm new to the forum I applogise if I posted this in the wrong spot....

I'm building the top end of my 89gt. With left over parts from my buddy's car I'm trying to do it As cheap as possible. I already have gt40 heads I'm keeping the 1.7 RR, TFS stage one cam, performer intake manifold, cold air intake

My questions are how big of a throttle body,Maf, and injectors should I run to get the best performance out of what I'll be running? And At that point should I have it tuned by a pro??? I would appreciate any advice thanks!
