Question about wheels

Alright, 3 questions.. hypothetically speaking.. if i was to get some fr500 style rims (a)would i have any issues with certain brake kits or nething.. im a noob at all this so (b)would this kinda set up suck: 17x9 in front 18x10 in rear.. and also.. (c)is the aftermarket rim going to have the same quality as if i ordered it from frpp?
