Is my window motor broken?

Soo randomly today i turn on my car and lower my window drive......and then the window wont go back up

When i press the up switch nothing happens but when i press the down i hear a tick noise under the dash...

Its not a switch problem because i tried the switch for the other window and it worked.

On ebay a regulator+motors $65 but I am trying to figure out if its actually the motor or if its jammed or something...

Also is there anyway to pull the window so i dont have to put a garbage bag around it when i park?

Smack the door panel a few times above the speaker while holding the up button down...should go back up, my car has the same problem.
