Exhaust/Cams/Heads

Couple Questions

I have a 01 GT Vert and I'm looking to upgrade the exhaust note my car makes at idle. I have the Magnaflow Magnapacks on right now and I love how they sound at WOT but idle they're too quiet for my tastes.
I want my car to sound like this at idle: http://youtube.com/watch?v=BWx-XeaNMaY

I know I'm going to need some aggressive cams, heads, longtubes, and a nice midpipe (thinking of prochamber) and I want to stick with the cats I have now.

1. First question is I'm looking at the the Crower Stage 3 and 4 Cams. They say rough idle for the stage 4 and "lope at idle" for stage 3. What exactly does "rough idle" and "lope" mean?

2. Also, it says the rpm range will be 2000-6900 for stage 3 and 2250-7000+ for stage 4. Does that mean I'll need to get some sort of device that makes it so that in order not to stall out I need to be at 2000+ rpms at all times?

3. If I do end up going with the stage 3 or 4 cams what other things are required besides new valve springs?

Thanks in advance

Everybody wants thier car to sound like that one. Seems like you know what you need. LT headers and catted prochamber sound like good chioces to go with the packs. I don't know how you plan to stick with the cats you have now when you'll need a shorty mid pipe for LT headers.

1. Rough idle and lope at idle are exactly what they sound like. With a really aggressive cam like stage 3 or 4 your car is going to idle rougher than it would with a stage 2 cam. The stage two cam gives you the nice lope sound at idle.

2. Yeah you have to get a tuner or a chip because you are going to need a dyno tune.

3. You may want to get new heads along with the new cam. All in all you are talking a really good amount of money. At least $5 or 6,000.
