Its gonna depend on the style they are. Dynomax, just like Flowmaster, has different variants on its product line.
Will they flow better than stock: Yes Will the flow better than a 40: No Will they drone as bad as a 40: No Will they sound better than stock: Depends Will they "cackle" like a glasspack: No Will they last a long time: Yes Will they last longer than a Flowmaster: No Its pretty much up to you if ya wanna weld 'em on. IMO, not a bad product, but not exceptional. I sold many a Dynomax muffler in the 4 years I worked at a parts store. Saw prolly less than 2% of 'em come back defective. Many more came back cause the customer was retarded an couldn't figure out how to use adapaters to make it fit on their Toyota truck. The rest of 'em, customers thought they would be gettin' Flowmaster sound for $20 bucks. NO!!!! Golden rule of the automotive world: You WILL get what you pay for....

NP bro... I think I know which ones you're talkin' about. The're in a red box? A complete flo-thru. Those are pretty decent. Completely welded case. Center in corner out.
If we're talikn' bout the same ones, I sold a set of those to a cop. He was the 1st responder to a traffic accident I was in lol...

Homebrewed: whats your opinion of Flowmaster 40 vs MAC ?
I have Flow40s [the American Thunder] on my auto 5.0 and like them. Dont know if I wanna try something else for my stock 02 GT manual. I like deep growl. thanx
