Hi I have a 95 5.8l roller block I have 4.060 pistons to put into it with a 4" stroker crank. So this is what I have heard The 95 block CANT be bored .060 over. Looks like it can.. I was told that the piston cylinder walls are to thin???? I really the correct and proven info. Has anyone here bored a 5.8L 4.060 over.? Thanks

First off, Welcome to Modded Mustangs!
Its not the piston walls that are too thin it is the Cylinder bores. If it has been taken that far over I would take it to a reputable shop and have them sonic check it. I've heard that most 351 blocks can be bored .060 over and some up to .080 over but i'm not an engine builder and you can't believe everything you've heard on the internet ![]() Good luck.
