AOD selector shaft seal leak.
hello all. I just rebuilt my first AOD transmission. it is an 89 mustang AOD I put in a lokar selector shaft and I filled it with fluid and it is leaking around the selector shaft. the video I bought to show me how to build the transmission did not mention changing the seal in this area and bonehead move number 100000000000 I did not think about it. anyway it is leaking. I bought the seal and it will be shipped to me next week. is there any trick or specialty tool required for changing this seal. I have seen several for chevy transmissions but can't find anything for the AOD. thanks for the help.
