90 GT fuel pump failure

Hey, I have a problem with my fuel pump not turning on and priming the system. The fuse, and relays are fine, and the inertia switch is still pressed down. It's a Walbro 190 lph pump. It has done this to me 3 separate times, once a year ago, then a few days ago and now yesterday. I think it might just be like a loose wire going down to the tank or something. Is there anything special I should look for?

I would check for voltage in the wiring, starting at the fuel pump all the way to the ECU (which I think is the problem), while doing it, twist and shake the wiring too, Also check all the connectors for corrosion etc.
