01 mustang has the hiccups? (HELP)
Last week I noticed my 01 mustang 3.8 was driving weird. It would drive fine as you gave it gas or idling, but if your driving and let off the gas it starts bucking like, this happens only while slowing down it seems to be fine if I'm giving it gas or applying the brakes. I did change the plugs and wires, but didn't help. The jumping seems to be from the back of the car. I have no idea where to start, I've read alot of different post of the same problem but no real answer, and have been years old so maybe someone has had this issue and found the problem. Thanks a ton.

When u say " the back of the car" do u mean like the differential or axle is hopping a bit or dose the motor cut for a second and causes a jerking reaction?
I'm curious cause I can't tell by ur post if it's a drivetrain or engine problem? |

Not an expert here, but that sounds fuel related to me. I'd go for fuel filter, fuel injectors, or vacuum line.
